Future People is now looking for a project engineer for a 75% consulting assignment starting immediately. The assignment is initially linked to a larger bus depot project, but the scope and location may change over time depending on the needs of the business.

The assignment will be carried out at the project's project office in Ekerö, at an office in central Stockholm, and partially remotely.

As a project engineer, you will be part of the project organization and work closely with the project manager, design manager, other project management, and the contractor's organization.

The assignment includes, among other things:

• Financial follow-up

• Notification and change management

• Scheduling and follow-up

• Support for project and construction managers in project administrative matters

• Invoice management

• Minutes taking

• Record keeping and other project administration

The project involves the new construction of a modern bus depot with:

• Approximately 80 bus parking spaces

• Eight workshop spaces

• Two washing lines

• Refueling options for HVO and RME

• Electrical installations for charging battery buses

• Staff and administration facilities

The project is a new construction and is planned to continue until 2030. The facility is located in Enlunda on Färingsö in Ekerö municipality.

Qualifications (you need to meet all must-haves to be considered)

• University or equivalent vocational education in civil engineering/planning/urban planning/road and water/construction, or work experience from projects in construction/infrastructure/management of at least 4 years.

• At least 4 years of relevant work experience in coordination and management within civil engineering/planning/urban planning/road and water projects.

• Experience in financial follow-up, financial management, financial forecasting, and invoice management in projects (at least 2 years)

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in administration, such as document management, record keeping, and/or minutes of meetings.
